Hello. I am Angel Septim, current Emeror of Cyrodill. I shall do my best to keep this world in order. Please, feel free to talk to me here about any multitude of questions you may have. I can preform any of these tasks in my City:

-Sell you a house.
-Give you a mission.
-Allow you to preform a SANCTIONED expedition.
-Answer any questions referring to the city.
-Answer your requests for the city. (Any additions you wish to add to this city.)
-And anything else in reference to the city.
